This is the day that the LORD has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.
Today, I went to school with a dreadful feeling in the pit of my stomach. It felt as though nothing would go right, and I began having a mini-panic attack in my math class…all before school even started!
So I kept asking God to do His will today. To get me through. And quite frankly, it was the Holy Spirit praying on my behalf most of the morning…
He put this verse on my heart (the one in the title) and I kept repeating it over and over whenever negative thoughts crossed my brain.
And guess what!!!
I had a lovely day!!!
I ended up watching the brits with my Kinsey and fangirling in the cafeteria at school because One Direction won a brit!!! And I got to read more of a new book. And the people who helped me in the bookstore were super nice :]
Not everything went the way I would have planned or wanted it to, but despite those things, it ended up being wonderful, because God gave me breath today and joyful heart.
